1. Our Satisfaction Commitment
At KS Group, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most eligible items to us within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused Condition: The item must be unused, in its original state, and show no signs of wear or damage.
- Original Packaging: The item must be repackaged in its original manufacturer’s packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase is required.
3. Initiation of a Return
To initiate a return process, please contact our customer service team by email at admin@ksgroup2025.com and provide your order number. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the authorized return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping & Handling
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. KS Group cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or not received by our fulfillment center.
- A handling fee equivalent to the original outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Refund Process
- Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify its condition and eligibility.
- You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.
6. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at admin@ksgroup2025.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement.
